How HR redaction works

The app opens each file on your computer. It never uploads an employee record to any server, so health and background data stay confidential under the ADA and FCRA. It scans the text for names, dates, Social Security numbers and protected traits. Local OCR reads scanned forms and PDFs too. It marks each match for your review. You then redact, replace or mask the value. The clean copy still reads as the same record. Only the protected data changes.
