- Click "Open Activation Page" — your browser opens this page with your machine automatically linked (requires app v8.8.2 or later — older versions: update from the Download page, or paste the license key instead)

Billing Address
Required on your invoice by law. Changing it affects future invoices only — invoices already issued are never altered.
A validated EU VAT ID means we invoice you without VAT (reverse charge) — and since prices became net on 20 August 2026, it also means you pay less: the tax is no longer inside the price, so a validated business is charged the bare amount. The ID is checked again at checkout, because what counts is its status when you buy.
Purchases & Invoices
Every purchase appears here. You create the invoice yourself, so it carries the address you saved above. If you correct your address, you can replace an invoice from the current month: the old one is cancelled and a new one issued, and both stay in your history. Invoices from earlier months are final.

Delete Account
Personal data in your account will be removed or anonymised, your licence will be deactivated on our servers and your registered devices will be removed. Issued invoices are kept for 10 years under §147 AO / GDPR Art. 17(3)(b), and they still carry the billing name and address that was on them.
