Plan Limitations

Each plan has specific constraints you should be aware of:

File size limits: Desktop app has file size constraints based on available RAM. Very large files (100+ MB) may require the Expert plan or file splitting.
Offline-only design: No cloud sync or team collaboration features. Each device maintains a separate encrypted vault. Use manual export/import for device migration.
License restrictions: Personal licenses are for single-user use only. Multiple users in an organization require separate licenses or the Enterprise plan with volume licensing.
