Integration Plan De-Identification with anonym.plus

Clear staff and contact PII from the roadmap while the steps stay.

In simple terms, PII redaction is the on-device process of finding and masking personally identifiable information in a document before it is shared.

Integration-plan de-identification is the removal of PII from a post-merger roadmap. These plans are sensitive because they name people before anyone has been told: TULRCA 1992 s.188 requires collective consultation where 20 or more redundancies are proposed at one establishment within 90 days. anonym.plus works locally and keeps workstreams and milestones readable.

When this applies

A post-merger roadmap names staff for each workstream and lists contacts. On a business transfer, TUPE 2006 reg. 13 also requires the employer to inform and consult representatives about measures it envisages. A de-identified plan can circulate for review while that process is prepared properly.

How anonym.plus handles it

  1. Open the file in anonym.plus on your device.
  2. It finds staff names, emails, and phone numbers.
  3. Workstreams, milestones, and dates stay in place.
  4. Swap each lead for labels like [LEAD] and [OWNER].
  5. Save the clean roadmap on your device.

Limitations & cautions

De-identifying a plan is not a substitute for consultation. TULRCA 1992 s.188 sets minimum periods before the first dismissal — 30 days for 20 to 99 proposed redundancies, 45 days for 100 or more — and TUPE 2006 reg. 13 runs alongside on a business transfer. A niche role in a small team can also give one person away.

Frequently asked questions

Do the milestones stay?

Yes. The workstreams, tasks, and dates stay. Only names and contacts change.

Does removing names delay the consultation duty?

No. TULRCA 1992 s.188 is triggered by proposing 20 or more redundancies at one establishment within 90 days, whatever the document says. De-identification limits who learns an individual's fate before the employer tells them.

Can one lead map to one label?

Yes. With a role map, each person maps to a single steady label throughout.
