The tool removes named items it can match. You still judge indirect clues, like a rare job in a small town. OCR on scanned testimony can miss faint letters, so review the flags before you export.

Does redaction here meet a court rule?
CPR 34.8 governs how a deposition is ordered and taken, and CPR 34.9(4) requires the examiner to record the evidence in full, so the deposition itself is never edited. What you clean is the copy that circulates under CPR 34.9(5) and 34.9(6), or the copy a non-party may obtain as edited under CPR 5.4C(4). anonym.plus flags the identifiers so you can decide.
