Limitations & cautions
Section 40 turns on a fairness test; s.41 turns on whether disclosure would be an actionable breach of an equitable duty of confidence, which needs a confidential quality to the information and no public-interest defence to that breach. The tool flags PII; both withholding calls are yours. The named company is usually disclosable, but the consumer behind it is not.
