Paginated Bundle Redaction with anonym.plus

Clear PII from each sheet while every bundle number stays in place.

Paginated-bundle redaction is the removal of personal data from numbered disclosure leaves, which you track under CPR PD 31B. anonym.plus runs locally and leaves each reference untouched, so the bundle index still holds.

When this applies

These numbers index every sheet in the bundle for later reference. You must clear the PII on each one without disturbing the number that keys it.

How anonym.plus handles it

  1. Load the numbered leaves into anonym.plus on your device.
  2. It maps the number zone so the reference stays untouched.
  3. The tool flags names, dates, and IDs in the body.
  4. Confirm the flags away from the number area.
  5. Redact or mask each confirmed item.
  6. Save the clean output on your device.

Limitations & cautions

If the leaf number overlaps body text, OCR may confuse the two. Set a reserved zone for the reference and check the first sheet of each batch. A black-box cut must fully cover the value, not just hide it under a removable layer.

Frequently asked questions

Will the cut change the bundle numbers?

No. A reserved zone keeps each reference untouched, so your bundle index stays valid while the PII on the sheet is cleared.

Is a black-box truly removed?

Use the Redact operator, which removes the text under the box, not just a drawn overlay that could be peeled back.

Can it read scanned numbered leaves?

Yes. Local OCR reads scans, so PII printed on image leaves is caught.
